How to Request Data Deletion
If you have used the Esteb and Co Marketing Facebook application and would like to request deletion of your data, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Send an Email
Subject: Data Deletion Request - Facebook App
Include:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your Facebook account
- Facebook User ID (if known)
- Date you used the Esteb and Co Marketing app (if known)
Step 2: We Process Your Request
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed.
What Data Is Deleted?
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your Facebook profile information (name, email, ID)
- Any permissions or tokens associated with your Facebook account
- Analytics data collected through the app
- Any preferences or settings stored
Note About Business Data
This deletion process applies only to data collected through the Esteb and Co Marketing Facebook application. If you have used our finance brokerage services or submitted a loan application through our portal, that data is managed separately under Australian Credit Licence regulations and subject to different retention requirements.
