Are the reviews edited?
No. Once a review is approved, the review text is displayed exactly as the client wrote it. Approval is a publish/don't-publish decision — we don't rewrite, trim or reorder reviews.
How do I leave a review?
The easiest way is via our Google Business profile — the "Leave a Google review" button on this page takes you straight there. It takes a couple of minutes and you can say whatever you genuinely think.
Does a good review mean I'll get the same result?
No. Each review reflects one client's experience with their own application and circumstances. Loan approvals, rates and timeframes are decided by lenders based on your individual situation — a review is never an indication of the outcome you'll receive.
